Hannah Whaley , Associate Attorney
In the short time since Hannah Whaley graduated from the Elon University School of Law in 2020, she has garnered an extensive array of experience in immigration law; from working in humanitarian immigration clinics to managing a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload. With experience in both family-based and business immigration, Hannah has been a valuable addition to the Challa Law legal team.
Hannah is barred in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Bar Association, Black Law Student Association, and the National Lawyer’s Guild.
Prior to completing her juris doctorate, Hannah received a bachelor’s degree in political science and pre-law from Lander University, South Carolina in 2018, where she was a member of the Political Science Association, Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and the Lander University Dance Team.
